Welcome Executive Chef Dave Sacco

A Connecticut native, Chef Dave Sacco has earned quite a reputation on his way to Las Vegas.  He was educated in the Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island.  He has traveled the country working in New York, Chicago, Newport Beach, Long Beach and Lake Tahoe before making his mark in Sin City.  
  
Chef Sacco worked under world renowned Chef Jean Banchet of Le Francois.  Chef Jean Banchet had a great influence on Chef Sacco, as Chef has since received the highest “Golden Scepter Award”, Category, French Cuisine, by the Southern California Restaurant Writer’s Association.  Since arriving in Las Vegas in 1999, he has opened many of the restaurants at the JW Marriott, he opened the steakhouse at the Paris Hotel and open the Capital Grille Steakhouse and spent the last 15 years as Executive Chef Partner establishing Capital Grille as one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. While leading the culinary team at Capital Grille Chef Sacco found time to have received his Court of Master Sommelier, Level I Certification.

Though he is dedicated to his work and is constantly updating his culinary skill set, on Chefs off time, you can find him hitting the greens, playing golf on a regular basis and strumming a few of his favorite songs on his guitar.

Dave is a devout family man, married to Dina for 34 years and raised two beautiful children together.
